This examination recruits employees for different government posts in the Rajasthan Police Services, Rajasthan Accounts Services. This competitive examination is organised by Rajasthan State Public Service Commission.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released an official notification announcing 988 vacancies for Rajasthan Administrative Services, Rajasthan Taxation Service, Rajasthan Police Services, Rajasthan Accounts Services, and other subordinate posts.
RPSC RAS is a 3 level examination consisting of the Prelims, Mains, and finally, the interview. Candidates need to get past all three levels to get selected. - The candidate should carry a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Only Indian Nationals candidates are allowed to apply.
- The age limit for Gazetted Posts is 21 to 40 years.
- The candidate has to be within the age limit of 25 to 45 years to apply for Non-Gazetted Posts.
Candidates from reserved categories can avail of age relaxation.

RPSC RAS 2022 Selection Procedure
The exam consists of 3 parts:
The preliminary exam is a written examination and is qualifying in nature. It consists of a paper on General Knowledge and General Science Subjects. The questions are of objective type. There will be 150 questions for 200 marks. The examination duration is 3 hours, and every wrong answer has a negative marking of ⅓.
The Main examination is also a written examination. It is organized into four parts, General studies – I, II, III, and General English and Hindi. All papers are of 200 marks and have a duration of 3 hours. The paper will be analytical and descriptive. You need to qualify all the papers to get selected.
Candidates who have successfully completed and qualified for the main examination will be called for a personal interview that carries 100 marks. The marks will be based on the character, personality, knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture, physique, and address. The marks obtained will be added to the total marks scored in the Main examination. The merit list will be released depending on the score achieved in the mains and Interview.
